Returns & Exchanges:
If you are not satisfied with your on-line purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a store credit, an exchange, or a full refund. All items must be returned unworn and in their original condition. Please note that all custom orders and resized items are final sale and can not be exchanged or returned for a refund. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non refundable as well. If shipped to an international address you (the customer) are solely responsible for all local taxes and import fees. Any refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Should any items be returned soiled, damaged or without original labels they may be returned to the customer at the customers expense.

Custom Work / Special Orders:
We love doing custom work!
For custom work that involves designing and producing an entirely new design, we require a $1,000 base fee in addition to the cost of materials.

In-stock items will ship within 3-5 days. For custom made, resized and special order items you will be given an estimated shipping date based on the specifics of the order. All shipments will require an adults signature and can not be to be sent to P.O. Boxes.
